Our Vision

Century Kogyo aims to be a “century-long company” with the slogan “Building People, Building Towns, Creating Yokohama.” We strive to contribute to the community and develop through our civil engineering and construction businesses.

Since our establishment in June 1966, we have been operating as a general contractor, undertaking the design and construction of civil engineering structures and buildings, primarily in our local area of Yokohama, as well as throughout Kanagawa Prefecture and parts of Tokyo.

We will continue to play a part in infrastructure development, leveraging the technical expertise cultivated over half a century and the trust we have built up as our valuable assets.

Furthermore, to connect the “present” created by our predecessors to the “future,” we are also focusing on renewal projects. These include seismic reinforcement work to extend the service life of buildings and civil engineering structures, as well as waterproofing work, exterior and interior renovation work, and pipe rehabilitation work that creates new pipes inside existing sewage pipes using special construction methods.

Public Works

We have accumulated a track record in a wide range of fields, including civil engineering works such as water and sewage facilities, road and railway facilities, river embankment facilities, and breakwater construction in ports, as well as building construction for public housing, educational and cultural facilities, among others.

Moving forward, with the knowledge gained from our experience and our high level of technical expertise, we will continue to develop infrastructure with environmental considerations in mind, aiming to create communities where local residents can live more comfortably.

Private Works

To help alleviate the current issue of a declining birthrate and aging population, we have recently been undertaking many new construction projects, renovation works, and maintenance works for welfare facilities such as nursing homes and nurseries.

Additionally, we assist customers in realizing their dreams and hopes through the construction of apartment buildings and other multi-unit dwellings, offices, various factories, residential land development work, exterior work, and retaining wall construction work.
